From the monastery Eschenbach the route leads to the «Johanniterkommende Hohenrain» and then up to castle Horben. After the mountain route with views on the lake Hallwil, the castles Hallwyl and Hilfikon can be admired before getting to Lenzburg via the Aabach river.
